I am a wife and mom of two beautiful kids. We are a family that loves Jesus and desires to glorify Him in everything we do.

I’ve recently lost 25lbs through diet and exercise and it has sparked my interest to study nutrition and get my Bachelors degree in Nutritional Science to become a Registered Dietitian. I love CrossFit and have recently become addicted to running. Through my journey to become healthy I’ve also started cooking for the first time in my life and love it!

I plan to share recipes, to share my
experience and trials in college life, to share Jesus and to share my life with you through this blog. I am not a photographer, and I am not a writer so for me to start this blog might be a little crazy but I’m excited to see where God might take this. Hope you enjoy.
